How to search spare parts

In individual catalogue pages at PRODUCTS you will find the whole range of spare parts and accessories. It is a valuable source of very detailed information. The parts are classified according to car models and VIN numbers. In case you fail to find the product you are seeking in our catalogue or in our E-shop you can contact us using the one of the three following ways: :

• What are our operating hours?
  Our employees are ready to help you Mon - Fri from 9am to 7pm
• How to order goods in our E-shop?
  You do not need to register to browse the product catalogues and view all additional information on our website. However, if you want to place an order, it is necessary to register before sending it. By creating a user account you will make your shopping faster and you will be kept informed on the status and the history of your orders.
• What are the ways of delivery and what is the maximum delivery time?
  The ordered goods that are in stock are delivered by the Logistika 24 transport service – the goods are delivered to the customer within 24 hours. A tax document is issued for each order, which serves as the delivery note. Items not in stock will be delivered within 14 working days after ordering at the latest. The goods are sent COD throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• How to pay for the goods?
  An advance of 50% of the total price is to be paid for orders over 5,000 CZK/SK based on an advance invoice sent by e-mail to your e-mail address. Advance payments can be sent to the account No.: 231 895 70 55 / 0200. Please, enter the number of the advance invoice in the space for notes. After making the advance payment, the goods will be dispatched and the rest of the payment will be made COD. In other cases, goods are sent COD.
• What is the cost of delivery?
  Delivery of orders under 50kg is 220 CZK/SK including VAT per order. Individual fees are charged for orders over 50kg. Packing is free.
